Job Description

Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to drive technical excellence. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for maintainability and security. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and deliverables. Oversee hosting and infrastructure (Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, SquareSpace) to ensure performance, uptime, and security. Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow websites, Implementing and manage technical and on-page SEO best practices.
