UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer:

• You will lead the design transformation of digital platforms that support youth apprenticeship programs nationwide.
• You will create user-centric interfaces and experiences that enhance engagement, simplify workflows, and increase retention.
• The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, technology, marketing, and program management to implement accessible, gamified, and AI-powered design solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the UX/UI overhaul of core digital platforms including apprenticeship tracking, evaluations, and onboarding flows.
• Design and implement gamification elements such as badges, leaderboards, and progress dashboards to increase user engagement.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and email experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with complex web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices.
