Data Migration Analyst

As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations, focusing on processing and analyzing data to be imported into our systems from our clients’ , in a SaaS context. You will execute the data migration from a given file (from simple to highly complex) provided by the client into our SaaS. Provide support to employees and clients by resolving data import-related issues. You will identify and report bugs in the internal Import Tool, tracking progress until final resolution. Create innovative solutions (including script development) to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. You will also ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies. Actively collaborate with the team, assisting them in solving complex problems, documenting processes, and providing technical support as needed. Test and validate new solutions developed, offering constructive feedback to promote continuous process improvement.
