Project Delivery:

- Manage MS Teams integrated bots for one-click incident creation and real-time stakeholder communication, and drive AI bots for automation.
Uptime & Post-Mortem Leadership:
- Own the weekly uptime report, tracking SLIs/SLOs and error budgets via Datadog to translate complex data into executive updates.
- Drive the blameless post-incident review process, ensuring clear ownership of RCA creation and post-incident action items.
