New Online Events Lead

We're looking for a proactive and creative Online Events Lead to spearhead our end-to-end webinar and virtual events program. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up to deliver high-impact events that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline. You’ll be both the architect and the face of our webinar program, driving engagement and conversion at every stage of the funnel. As the New Online Events Lead, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling webinar topics aligned with key personas and funnel stages. You will also serve as the primary host for live webinars by introducing speakers, managing transitions, and driving engagement throughout each session. You will be managing all post-event workflows — including sending recordings, launching follow-up sequences, and repurposing content into blogs and social clips. The position requires availability five days per week, including four weekdays and one weekend day with a schedule of 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST.
