New Growth Engineer, Grafana Self Serve

Partner with our Growth team to drive adoption of Grafana Cloud as a Growth Engineer. This role focuses on the self-service go-to-market, spanning the user journey: acquisition, activation, retention and monetization. Reporting to our Self-Serve Growth team, your projects will focus on lowering the barrier-to-entry for those wishing to get started with observability and to craft an experience that is easy to use and simple to understand. Responsibilities include: Develop, release, and maintain Grafana plugins based on TypeScript and React.js; Ideate, design, and develop A/B and multivariate tests to drive business outcomes; Develop and maintain accurate product data flows across the full stack; Collaborate with design, analytics, and other product teams on improving user outcomes; Partner with upstream engineering teams to safely and reliably deliver value to our customers; and Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
