Part Time Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator will manage all orders and confirmations. He/She will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining status reports. He/She will maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct. Responsibilities include managing vendor/sales relationships by serving as the main point of contact for questions or concerns regarding orders. Tracking and ordering all initial product orders for the company. Handling the data entry and follow up in our systems for orders placed. Maintaining job status reports and performing other related duties as assigned. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent with an Associate degree preferred. They should also have experience with Time Management and Collaborative Skills.
