This role involves defining and leading the strategy for integrating institutional financial assets into Plume, building bridges between traditional capital markets and crypto markets. You will cultivate relationships with key institutional players like hedge funds, asset managers, and banks, fostering collaboration and platform adoption. The role includes identifying and executing new market opportunities, representing Plume at industry conferences, and overseeing capital markets infrastructure development on Plume. Collaboration with the product team is essential to develop new RWA products and services, such as derivatives and lending platforms, tailored for institutional investors.
