Director Patient Recruitment & Retention

Together with internal stakeholders and senior Clinical Operations leadership, develop and evolve R&R tools and best practices. Collaborate to incorporate patient perspectives and insights into decision-making processes and clinical program and trial planning and execution. This may include assisting in the design of Patient Advisory Group activities (surveys, meetings, etc). Lead the development and design recruitment and retention strategies appropriate for the indication, study design, geography and study phase. Support and educate stakeholders on options for patient recruitment and retention. Collaborate with teams and individuals supporting trial planning and conduct to ensure robust implementation of tactics and tools to meet the needs of our clinical sites. Actively manage R&R vendors to ensure the conduct and delivery of services in accordance with contractual requirements, organizational and patient and career needs. Propose and implement metrics/analytics/KPIs to track engagements and performance of clinical trial recruitment and retention efforts. Collaborate with leadership and the organization on reporting. Champion diversity enrollment and enrichment efforts to attract broad patient populations-for example, people of different races, ethnic groups, sex/genders, and ages. Establish and evolve expertise on industry and patient best practices.
