Quality Assurance Engineer L2

Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ThriveCart's platform and features. You'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, automating critical test scenarios, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products that delight our merchants. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to catch issues early, ensure seamless user experiences, and maintain our platform's reputation for reliability—whether testing checkout flows, payment integrations, or new product features. Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features, enhancements, and platform updates across web and mobile interfaces. Develop and maintain automated test suites using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product quality meets ThriveCart's standards.
