Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across the entire digital journey. Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring a consistent brand message across platforms. Conduct A/B testing to optimize all marketing assets including subject lines, content, and ad creatives. Utilize analytics to track performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.
In partnership with team leadership, craft and implement email marketing strategies, including segmentation and targeting based on customer behavior and preferences. Develop and refine email content and copy, incorporating personalization techniques to boost customer interaction. Partner with team leader on creating and overseeing paid advertising strategies, leveraging PPC, programmatic, display, and content syndication. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Portfolio, Field Marketing, Customer Experience, Marketing Ops, Sales and Corporate Marketing teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
