Senior Product Designer

Role Overview:

• Shape digital products in a fast-moving FinTech environment focused on complex financial workflows.
• Own projects from problem definition through design, implementation, and quality review.

Responsibilities:

• Design new features, interfaces, and multi-step flows across desktop and mobile.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems with components, tokens, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to balance user needs with technical constraints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a portfolio of shipped customer-facing products.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience building large-scale design systems and tokens.
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows without replacing design judgment.
