Your Role:
- Lead the design process from problem definition to implementation for complex B2B products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate user research and business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through discovery workshops, user research, and data analysis.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in B2B product design and complex digital systems.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into pragmatic solutions.
- Fluent in German and English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
