Job Description
As the Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of the Platform team, bridging the gap between development and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our software systems through automation, monitoring, and proactive problem-solving. You will maintain monitoring systems, automate repetitive tasks, respond to incidents, and improve system performance. Working closely with development teams to understand their needs, guide them, and ensure that systems are designed and deployed reliably. Build tools to codify and automate infrastructure operations defining and tracking SLIs and SLOs to measure the performance and reliability of services. This role requires strong communication, creativity, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build mature operational processes while remaining hands-on in a growing startup environment.
