Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as finance business partner to departmental heads, providing financial guardrails, challenging spend assumptions, and identifying savings opportunities.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for the designated business departments, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary, explaining the “what” happened and focusing on the “why” and “what do we do next to improve our results.”

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or financial accounting senior role, with a plus for Business Finance experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in EMEA or globally, and expertise in OneStream, Oracle, and Tableau or other BI systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA is a major plus.
