Remote Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment process for behavioral health providers.
• Manage internal credentialing onboarding for newly hired providers by collecting and validating required documentation.
• Create and maintain provider directory profiles used across referral and patient access platforms.

Success in this role:

• Timely completion of provider credentialing and payer enrollments across multiple states.
• Efficient time-to-credential for new provider hires and state expansion launches.
• Accurate and well-documented credentialing records with strong audit readiness.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience credentialing for behavioral health across multiple states.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
