Sr. Engineering Manager - Ads Advanced Measurement (Lift Studies)

We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to build Reddit’s Advanced Measurement platform, with a focus on experimentation-based ads measurement. As Reddit’s first manager dedicated to Advanced Measurement, you’ll partner closely with Data Science, Marketing Science, Design, Product Marketing, and Product Management to deliver products such as Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Split Testing, and our Experimentation Platform. This is a high-impact role with unique technical and product challenges that will put you at the forefront of next-generation ads measurement. You will set technical vision for Advanced Measurement, defining and evolving the strategy, architecture, and standards to scale Lift and experimentation products. You'll drive execution, own the roadmap and delivery, prioritize, coach, and foster autonomy. You'll build and scale the team, partnering with Recruiting. You'll develop people and leaders, setting clear goals and crafting growth plans. You will also raise the quality bar and align the organization.
