Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Journey Clinical is seeking a New Jersey (NJ) Licensed Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Responsibilities include conducting patient intake and follow up consultations to evaluate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) eligibility, prescribe, and monitor patient outcomes via telemedicine. Treatment plan changes should be suggested based on patient response to medication and treatment outcomes, along with engaging in collaborative care with Journey Clinical member psychotherapists. The role involves working with the Journey Clinical care coordinator to streamline workflow and providing feedback on the care management system. The PMHNP will report directly to the Lead Clinician and collaborate with the leadership team and the co-founders.
