Job Description
Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers in design, development, testing, and deployment. Architect and implement scalable, robust, and secure software solutions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and product roadmaps. Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce engineering standards. Identify and resolve technical risks and roadblocks. Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to optimize applications and platforms. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
Provide technical guidance in technology selection, architecture decisions, and system integrations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Lead technical planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
