Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and monitor data annotation projects from initiation to delivery. Collaborate with the research team, product team, healthcare providers and UI/UX team to accurately identify the elements in need of annotation. Create detailed instruction sets and lead scaled annotation efforts with external annotation teams. Manage annotation workforce (contractors, vendors, or internal team), including assigning tasks, tracking productivity, and resolving blockers. Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols to ensure annotated data meets accuracy standards. Proactively identify project risks and take corrective actions as needed. Ensure Compliance by adhering to federal regulations, payer policies, and healthcare industry standards to ensure coding compliance. Maintain Confidentiality and protect patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
