Senior Clinical Development Specialist

Support the central Clinical Development team managing daily operations, priorities, and execution across clinical teams. Work cross-functionally with Clinical Research, AI, Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Growth to ensure alignment on clinical-related initiatives across all verticals. Collaborate with other clinicians and internal teams in the research, design, and refinement of AI health products. Oversee quality and scalability of care delivery in partnership with the Clinical Operations teams. Partner with Data and Research teams to analyze outcomes, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all clinical projects are tracked, organized, and completed efficiently, acting with a project management mindset to prevent delays or gaps. Contribute to the development of documentation, communication materials, and clinical guidelines.
