Senior AI Engineer

Role Overview:

• Design and build advanced AI systems that transform complex construction and estimation workflows through automation.
• Develop autonomous AI agents, intelligent workflows, and scalable solutions combining machine learning, robotics, and human expertise.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain specialists to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions.
• Build agentic AI workflows capable of extracting information, understanding geometry, and executing multi-step estimation processes.
• Integrate modern AI technologies and LLM orchestration frameworks into production environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role with strong programming in C++ or performance-oriented languages.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Experience with computer vision, robotics, or spatial reasoning is highly valued.
