Senior AI Engineer

About the Role:

• Own and drive the quality, reliability, and evolution of our AI systems in production.
• Deliver major AI features end-to-end and collaborate with product, growth, data, and billing teams.
• Build agentic, tool-using AI systems with clean tool contracts and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of AI features, including output quality, prompt engineering, and experimentation.
• Design and maintain production prompt systems, run A/B tests, and monitor system metrics using Langfuse.
• Write clean TypeScript code, ensure high quality through testing and code reviews, and drive production reliability.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/Node.js.
• 2+ years building AI/LLM systems in production with deep hands-on API experience.
• Experience with agentic AI, tool-based workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM observability tools.
