This role will partner closely with Product, Brand, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our US product portfolio is operationally viable and delivered with excellence across DTC and retail channels. You will be responsible for translating product strategy into executable operational plans, spanning forecasting, procurement, manufacturing (both in-house and outsourced), logistics, and warehousing. At the core of this role is ensuring our products are consistently available, cost-efficient, and optimized for scalable growth.
Your mission includes building accurate forecasts, overseeing both in-house production and outsourced co-manufacturing, establishing and managing warehouse operations, building and overseeing logistics processes, partnering with global and local teams, sourcing & negotiating new suppliers, creating scalable planning, warehousing, and logistics processes and monitoring KPIs.
