You will offer personalised advice, support product education, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations with customers to assess oral care needs, recommending suitable products and routines tailored to individual goals, providing education on oral hygiene best practices, maintaining accurate records of consultations and follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The company is looking for candidates with a background in dental hygiene, dentistry, or oral health, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfort using video conferencing tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
