Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive trading strategies for digital asset derivatives.
- Drive P&L growth while maintaining disciplined risk management practices
- Be a senior leader in expanding our OTC derivatives operations.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a trader specializing in derivatives.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of trading derivatives and the ability to apply this expertise to digital assets.
- Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities, with strong proficiency in quantitative modeling, data analysis using Python, R or other languages.
