Sr Principal Industry Solution Lead or Architect

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Principal, Financial Services Architect to join their Financial Services Industry Solutions organization. This individual will be a Financial Services industry expert with a deep understanding of the Financial Services solution stack across application, workflow, and data/integration layers. The ideal candidate will possess a technical vision for ServiceNow's opportunity to transform Financial Services and will collaborate with customers and partners on solution architecture, ensuring alignment with this vision. The role involves solution architecture, asset creation, field and partner enablement, customer engagement, and market-facing engagement. Responsibilities include architecting Financial Services solutions on the ServiceNow platform, creating reference architectures and enablement guides, enabling internal pre-sales technical resources and partners, working with customers on technology roadmaps, and presenting to large customer audiences. The candidate should have experience with AI integration, a minimum of 15 years of related experience, in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, understanding of Financial Services regulations, and the ability to work with sales and product teams.
