Responsibilities:
- Research and implement novel Machine Learning solutions to address challenges faced by Security Operations Centers.
- Develop agentic solutions for Cyber Incident Response, solving complex security and architectural problems.
- Identify and recommend architectural improvements, particularly within secure environments.
Qualifications Required:
- U.S. Citizenship and 3+ years of experience in both Machine Learning and Cybersecurity.
- Strong MLOps skills with an understanding of risks like semantic drift in security systems.
- Experience building pipelines for active SOC systems such as anomaly detection or IDS.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and excellent problem-solving skills.
Desired Attributes:
- Passion for cybersecurity and the impact of AI on the industry's speed and scale.
- Understanding of foundational ML theory, including pre-LLM NLP, genetic algorithms, and energy-based models.
- Exposure to DoD NetSecOps and an understanding of DoD/federal security compliance and expectations.
