About the Role:
- Seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to build Looma's Marketplace into indispensable software for advertisers and retailers.
- Join a small product team and take ambiguous business problems from discovery through production.
What You'll Do:
- Own Marketplace features end-to-end, backend-first across Go, GCP, Postgres, Redis, and BigQuery.
- Evolve backend architecture with async workflows, queues, caching, and service boundaries.
- Own integrations, data pipelines, internal tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.
Who You Are:
- You have shipped meaningful production software and raised engineering quality.
- You are deeply AI-native, pragmatic, and user-empathic.
