Job Description

We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative to support renewals, account updates, and customer satisfaction across our portfolio. You’ll manage a monthly book of business, ensuring renewals are initiated 60 days in advance, monthly payments are collected, and customer data stays accurate. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality: organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage account renewals two months ahead of cycle by processing and validating renewal quotes, pricing, and subscription details, communicating with clients via email and phone to confirm renewals, tracking all renewal activity and maintaining accurate internal systems, performing daily Revenue Validation Activities (RVAs) and support reporting, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and improve processes.
