As Director of Sales, youβll lead the expansion of our next-generation e-commerce platform β driving seller acquisition, marketplace revenue, and engagement across a global aviation ecosystem. You'll lead the seller acquisition and activation strategy, achieving GMV, subscription, and retention targets. You'll deliver consultative sales presentations and ROI-based business cases aligned to each sellerβs revenue goals.
Elevate styles and treatments with fresh ideas, implement UX improvements to optimize usability, engagement, and conversion. Design marketing-focused landing pages to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Execute UI/visual design for web, email, landing pages, and other digital assets. Create digital and print marketing assets, including email and social graphics, 1-pagers, presentations, and other collateral.
Support renewals, account updates, and customer satisfaction across our portfolio by managing a monthly book of business, ensuring renewals are initiated 60 days in advance, monthly payments are collected, and customer data stays accurate in this role ideal for someone with a hunter mentality: organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
