The Senior Director of Payer Marketing will lead the development and execution of U.S. payer marketing strategy for anzu-cel, ensuring alignment with broader brand and access plans by collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, HEOR, Government Affairs, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure payer strategies are aligned.
The role involves developing payer marketing resources, including unbranded and branded tools, that educate payer stakeholders. The position supports development of AMCP dossiers, PIE materials, and field access tools to facilitate impactful interactions with national, regional, and integrated payer stakeholders.
The role requires a Bachelorβs degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience with a minimum of 5 years in payer marketing or market access strategy.
