Sr. Full Stack Engineer

As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer at LifeStance Health, you will be a highly proficient individual contributor responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions across the web and backend layers of our platform. You will execute on complex development tasks while collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences and service-oriented capabilities. Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable solutions across the full stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React, microservices, and cloud infrastructure), mentoring junior engineers, taking ownership of feature development, and ensuring code quality. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and integrating with external and internal systems while adhering to best practices in microservice development. Ensure front-end excellence to enhance user experience.
