KYC Analyst with French

Communicate with active members (non-call centre environment - chat and email). Reviewing and verifying member data and documentation as part of the company’s CDD and EDD processes. Conducting full account reviews on existing members (periodic, holistic, and event-driven). Performing in-depth online research on companies and entities related to them. Reviewing and assessing transaction activities. Managing multiple types of escalations and handling different off-boarding processes. Identifying areas of process improvements. Responding to queries from internal teams and working closely with them. Assisting with different Ad-Hoc projects. Helping the team with additional translations in french for the build up of the Confluence space for France.
