Facebook User Acquisition Manager (R&D)

What you'll do:

• Launch and validate MVPs through Meta: from hypothesis to decision — continue, improve, or close.
• Control the test budget and reach a verdict within its limits; document each verdict in writing.
• Provide product and creative teams with data-driven conclusions on funnel bottlenecks.

You're a great fit if:

• Have 2+ years of experience in media buying.
• Have practical experience with Meta: campaign structure, Pixel, and CAPI.
• Can build a testing process with defined success criteria and stopping thresholds.
