About the Role:
- Blend visual design and web implementation to create high-performing marketing assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to turn messaging into conversion-optimized designs.
- Take ownership of design output with a focus on clarity, hierarchy, and persuasion.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build new pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer with a mobile-first approach.
- Create sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies for brand storytelling.
- Apply insights from analytics to refine pages and support conversion rate optimization.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in web design and implementation with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals like spacing, contrast, and CTA placement.
