Job Description
This role is to ensure efficient and smooth assessments of candidates in a talent acquisition process. Responsibilities include the development of a core competence model, monitoring and being accountable for all collection of assessment evidence. This role involves making assessment decisions together with management, who may gather some or all the relevant evidence, and running staff training programs in specialized fields, equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to be productive members of the workforce. Delivering and assessing relevant candidate diagnostic methods and implementing assessment strategies and methods is a must. Maintain Assessment Platform system as an administrator, and perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role.
