Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure continuous discovery practices are embedded in team workflows and maintain high design standards.
Core Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product design or UX with a strong portfolio and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, experience with Design QA, and the ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.
- Strong skills in product strategy, communication, and defining success using qualitative and quantitative signals.
