Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

-Set technical vision and strategy, guiding design across product squads to ensure scalable, performant, and secure digital pharmacy and patient platforms.

-Lead complex problem-solving for high-volume API integrations and pharmacy logistics, while mentoring staff and senior engineers to elevate team capabilities.

-Collaborate with product and operations to align architecture with business goals and ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

-10+ years of hands-on software engineering and systems design experience, with 3+ years at a Staff or Principal level driving initiatives across teams.

-Extensive background in building scalable, high-throughput B2B SaaS or transactional systems and mastery of AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, and TypeScript.

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with exceptional communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Benefits:
