Job Description
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to customers, helping resolve their issues while also working on the development and maintenance of the SaaS product. This role has a dual focus, requiring troubleshooting user issues as well as improving and extending the functionality of the platform using Laravel and Vue.js, with a significant emphasis on API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in the SaaS platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues.
Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between our platform and third-party services.
Implement and document RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
Lead technical onboarding for new users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the platform.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs, ensuring smooth platform performance.
Assist with feature updates and testing, improving user experience and product functionality.
Maintain detailed documentation of common support issues, resolutions, and product updates.
Communicate with customers via email, chat, and support tickets to provide clear, helpful guidance.
Manage version control using GitHub, collaborating on platform improvements.
