Job Description
Responsible for managing all real estate matters for renewable energy projects. Managing all title matters including preliminary searches, proforma negotiations, and obtaining all required endorsements and policies needed for financial closing. Manage all title insurance company relationships. Commissioning and reviewing ALTA surveys. Curing all title matters needed for title policy issuance. This includes managing outside resources such as consultants and legal. Lease preparation and review. Execution of lease options and purchase options. Obtain all required easements and crossing agreements with support from project developer. Assist commercial team perform real estate diligence. Assist Finance and legal group on real estate diligence. Prepare real estate data room. Manage all negotiations with the title company. Obtain title policy and endorsements. Obtain all required estoppels, affidavits, or other required documents from debt and equity.
