About the role:
- Support the Legal and Infosec teams in implementing and evolving Prolific's data privacy compliance programme.
- Help ensure personal data is handled responsibly and in line with applicable laws and best practices.
- Partner with teams across the company to embed a culture of privacy, transparency, and accountability.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Knowledge of data protection principles and privacy frameworks (e.g., UK and EU GDPR).
- Experience assisting with an organisation's data privacy compliance programme or initiatives.
- Experience handling data subject rights requests and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll be doing in the role:
- Handling and responding to data subject rights requests within statutory timeframes.
- Compiling and maintaining ROPA and other compliance documentation.
- Providing advice and guidance on data privacy queries and assisting with incident investigation.
