Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager (experienced Mid or early Senior) with commercial product experience, who wants to join us in helping to boost individual employee potential through continuous learning on the job. A Product Manager at HCM Deck collaborates with an agile product team on defining opportunities, selecting the optimal solutions, and making sure we deliver value to our users. You will collaborate in cross-functional product teams with support of peers in Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Analyst and Product Engineers roles. You shape product strategy and build processes to improve the way we work, develop the product with a focus on customer intimacy as the core market differentiator. Your responsibilities include: Contributing to defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap and measures of success, Owning selected modules of the Product end-to-end, including development, maintenance, and go to market strategy, Collaborating closely with the Product Designer, Product Analyst and Product Engineers to discover customers needs, defining opportunities for product development and delivering product enhancements, Ideating, planning, developing, and validating effective solutions that address opportunities and enable sustainable product development processes.
