Team Leader- Technology Programmes (Online)

The Online Team Leader – Technology Programmes is responsible for leading and supporting a team of online tutors delivering technology-related programmes . This role ensures high-quality academic delivery, student engagement and team performance across the online learning environments. The Team Leader acts as the first point of contact for academic staff, provides coaching and mentoring, collaborates with academic and campus leadership to maintain delivery standards and drives continuous improvement in the learning experience. Key Responsibilities include team leadership, academic support, programme delivery and quality assurance, student success and engagement, and continuous improvement and innovation. The role requires a relevant qualification, experience in tertiary education and leadership, and a strong understanding of online learning pedagogy.
