Sr. Quality Assurance Associate - Supplier Quality

Accountabilities:

• Manage supplier quality events, including logging and investigating nonconformances, conducting trend and root-cause analyses, coordinating CAPAs, and ensuring timely closure.
• Support supplier qualification program by maintaining accurate records and documentation in an electronic quality management system.
• Monitor supplier performance through quarterly scorecards, track quality metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, biology, chemistry, or related discipline with 3+ years of U.S. dietary supplement or food quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and hands-on experience with GMP quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
