Role Accountabilities:

  • Partner with the Director of Web Strategy to define, scope, prioritize, and deliver website enhancements that improve user experience.
  • Act as the day-to-day product management liaison between IT and marketing to ensure quality releases and manage the intake process for content and feature requests.
  • Maintain documentation for internal best practices, web metrics, and technical guidelines while supporting requests for site audits and overseeing content inventory projects.

Core Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital strategy, web product management, or a related field with a strong understanding of website optimization, UX/UI best practices, and CRO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, SEO principles, site auditing tools, analytics tools, and Core Web Vitals, along with the ability to translate business goals into user-focused solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and training.
