Role Summary:

  • This 3-month contract lays the groundwork for TheyDo's community of practitioners and shapes the social presence that builds reputation.
  • You'll work across social strategy and community program, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, CS, and leadership.
  • By contract end, deliver a clear, evidence-backed recommendation on social strategy and champion community format.

What You'll Own:

  • Social strategy end-to-end: channel selection, voice, content cadence, and pipeline mapping.
  • Thought leader and influencer relationships: map the landscape, build authentic partnerships, co-create content.
  • Champion community program: design and run pilot with Tier 1 customers, validate format, and provide insights to GTM team.

What We're Looking For:

  • You've owned social strategy at a B2B SaaS company targeting enterprise customers and have a point of view on what works.
  • You've built community programs in enterprise SaaS and know the difference between active and compounding communities.
  • You're a strong writer across formats (LinkedIn, newsletters, event invitations) and think strategically while executing in detail.
