What you'll do:
- Scale Airtable Builder Crews (User Groups) by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting leaders.
- Drive community engagement across Airtable Community and social channels.
- Improve community operations by building scalable systems and workflows.
Who you are:
- 3–7+ years of experience in community management, customer programs, or operations.
- Proven track record scaling community programs like user groups or advocacy initiatives.
- Strong program management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical and data-driven with experience measuring program performance.
