Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run gatherings: design and execute convenings, workshops, and activation touchpoints with full logistical management.
  • Build the cadence: establish a rhythm of touchpoints to keep the community active without burnout.
  • Capture insights: document stories and connections from events to feed back into the team.

Community Building:

  • Build leader-to-leader connections through introductions and identifying common ground.
  • Support leader onboarding and track community health by monitoring participation and emerging leaders.
  • Identify and connect community members ready for larger roles.

Track Coordination:

  • Coordinate with senior engagement managers as the execution layer for activation strategy.
  • Support implementing partners and serve as the link between teams and leaders.
  • Connect across tracks with other community managers for intersection opportunities.
