Key Responsibilities:

  • Tally Robot Certification & Customer Education: Own end-to-end delivery and growth of the Tally Robot Certification program; refine based on learner feedback and define KPIs.
  • Customer Onboarding & Adoption Programs: Refine and operate marketing-led onboarding communication programs; build evergreen content and surface adoption insights.
  • Store Community & Engagement Programs: Lead programs such as the Store Leader Summit and awards; build the Simbe Community for retail associates.

Qualification & Skills:

  • 5–8 years of experience in customer marketing, customer education, or community programs; proven success scaling programs in B2B2C environments.
  • Strong experience partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing; operational discipline and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills; familiarity with marketing technologies; willingness to travel 25-50%; knowledge of retail operations, AI, and robotics preferred.
